Valet and Shuttle ServicesST. FRANCIS downtown offers valet parking for all patients and visitors. A shuttle service is available for drop-off at the North and South entrances at ST. FRANCIS downtown between 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Wireless AccessCellular phones may be used in the hospital, but not near patient care equipment. Cell phone usage is not permitted in surgery areas, the Emergency department, or in recovery units.Both ST. FRANCIS downtown and ST. FRANCIS eastside are equipped with wireless internet access, which is available to both patients and their guests. For info on how to log on to guest access, please ask for an instruction sheet at the Main Desk or download this sheet to take with you. Food Services
Cafeterias are located in the basement of the ST. FRANCIS downtown and near the
entrance of ST. FRANCIS eastside, cafeterias

Vending MachinesVending machines are located next to the cafeteria and in the
Emergency department at ST. FRANCIS downtown. At ST. FRANCIS eastside, a vending
area is located on the first floor
near the cafeteria. In addition, drink machines are located on some
patient floors in both locations.
ChapelsPeople of all faiths are welcome in the chapels at St. Francis.
Chapels are located on the ground levels of ST. FRANCIS downtown and ST. FRANCIS
eastside. A chapel also is located on
the fifth floor of ST. FRANCIS downtown. Services are held weekly in
the downtown chapel.
Gift ShopsThe Gift Shop at ST. FRANCIS downtown is located in the lobby, and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. –
7:00
p.m.,
Saturday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, and from Sunday 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Gift Shop at ST. FRANCIS eastside is directly beside the cafeteria, and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00
a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Flower arrangements are available through the Gift Shop. If you would like to order an arrangement, please place your order before 12:00 p.m. (noon), and it will be ready for pick up at the Gift Shop by 5:00 p.m. the same day. All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (noon) will be delivered to the Gift Shop the following day. You may choose what price range you prefer, and payment is expected at the time of order.
