It's a great opportunity to add a daily walk to your after-work routine. Just 30 minutes of physical activity, like walking, can strengthen your heart, reduce stress and even help you lose a few pounds
Walking outdoors can also help your body produce Vitamin D, the "sunshine vitamin." Vitamin D not only helps boost bone strength -recent studies indicate that it may even help ward off cancer, heart disease, diabetes and depression. Aim to spend about 10 minutes in the sunlight at least three times a week - just don't forget to protect your face and hands with sunscreen!
