Retirement
Description: St. Francis contributes 3 percent of
base salary to the pension plan and will match 50 percent of your
contribution, to a maximum of 3 percent, to the 403b Plan.
Eligibility: Employees may begin participating
immediately, and will receive contribution and match after completing
one year of employment, 1,000 hours and reaching age 21.
