Through St. Francis HomeCare, we have combined the benefits of home with a comprehensive
range of services delivered in a warm, caring, and compassionate manner by specially
trained and highly skilled professionals. Acknowledged as a leading geriatric
provider in the Upstate, our clinical staff members bring patients and their families
expertise in specialized nursing care; social and spiritual services; and physical,
speech, and occupational therapies. It is the commitment to our mission to strive
for excellence in providing service to all who need us that has contributed to

St. Francis HomeCare's offices are located at 131 Commonwealth Drive, Suite 230,
Greenville SC 29615. Our office hours are 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. weekdays. Staff members
are
on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to take home health referrals and to
address patient concerns.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers play a vital role in helping to promote and extend the Spiritual Care program. Training is available and volunteer time is flexible. If you are interested in becoming a Spiritual Care volunteer, please complete an online application.

A physician referral is required to access St. Francis HomeCare's services. If you feel you or a loved one is in need of these services, please let your physician know.
