A physician referral is required to access St. Francis HomeCare's services. If you feel you or a loved one is in need of these services, please let your physician know. Physician referrals can be made by calling HomeCare at 864-233-5300.

Call St. Francis HomeCare at 864-233-5300. Our offices are located at 131 Commonwealth Drive, Suite 230, Greenville, on the campus of ST. FRANCIS eastside.

Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. weekdays. Staff members are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to take home health referrals and to address patient concerns.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers play a vital role in helping to promote and extend the Spiritual Care program. Training is available and volunteer time is flexible. If you are interested in becoming a Spiritual Care volunteer, please complete an online application.

Education, experience, and licensing/certification requirements vary depending on the position and facility; however, previous Caregiver/Palliative Care experience is preferred for most positions.
