The Wound Care program begins with a comprehensive evaluation to develop
individualized treatment programs for a variety of diagnoses, including:
burns,
cellulitis, lower extremity
ulcers including diabetic / neuropathic ulcers, venous insufficiency
ulcers, and arterial ulcers (once arterial circulation is restored), post-amputee
wound management, post-surgical / post-traumatic wounds, pressure ulcers and other
conditions that cause wounds.
Our program offers various wound cleansing/debridement options (sharp, mechanical,
enzymatic, autolytic,
whirlpool, pulsavac), and education for wound prevention and management.
