There's one place where the comforts always are greatest; where familiar surroundings actually become a healing tool; where friends and family are nearby. For the sick, disabled or terminally ill, this place is home.
Through St. Francis HomeCare, we have combined the benefits of home with a comprehensive range of services delivered in a warm, caring, and compassionate manner by specially trained and highly skilled professionals. Acknowledged as a leading geriatric provider in the Upstate, SC, region, our clinical staff members bring patients and their families expertise in specialized nursing care; social and spiritual services; and physical, speech, and occupational therapies. It is the commitment to our mission to strive for excellence in providing service to all who need us that has contributed to our being, as a patient once wrote, Saints Making House Calls sm.
Patient satisfaction is the hallmark of St. Francis HomeCare. We go to great efforts to ensure that our patients receive the best available care, from a perspective of both clinical competence and the compassion and caring that St. Francis has exhibited since its founding in Greenville in 1932.
We survey all our patients and compare our scores with other similar organizations on a regular and ongoing basis.
- In recent surveys, 98 percent of our patients told us they would choose St. Francis HomeCare again for their home care needs.
- Our patient satisfaction initiative, My Halo, helps to ensure that patients are fully aware of our commitment to unparalleled service and their satisfaction.
- We encourage our patients and the general public to tell us how we're doing.
- We welcome your suggestions.
